Vivek Bharadwaj is a career civil servant of the West Bengal cadre.

He has 20 years of experience in policy formulation, programme planning and project management of various public service programmes in association with multilateral agencies and community based organizations like Panchayats and NGOs.

During this period he has provided leadership to various organizations and institutions and coordinated and networked with different interest groups.
